My journey in the travel industry began in 1999, fueled by an insatiable passion for exploration that's been with me for as long as I can remember. Since then, I've crisscrossed the planet, venturing through 34 captivating countries and racking up a collection of accolades along the way.

Dani was very professional and her service was accurate and efficient. Dani happily answered ALL my questions and gave us some amazing recommendations on activities that will keep our whole family entertained while we holiday - as inexperienced travellers and with such a large family this was so valuable to us. The information that she provided to my family was detailed and really useful. Dani went above and beyond to ensure that the whole booking process was seamless. How wonderful, therefore, to have Dani Potter as my travel agent; a lady completely passionate about her role and dedicated to providing top level service for everyone with whom she comes into contact. Dani has been my travel agent for about ten years and during that time I have recommended her to many of my friends who are in awe of the level of service she provides. What I find especially amazing is the fact that once you contact her regarding proposed travel plans, you receive an answer almost immediately with competent advice, proposed venues, possible timetables and anything else that Dani may deem relevant at the time. The arrangements needed to be made at short notice and Dani responded immediately to sort it all out so well. Dani has been looking after my domestic and international air travel now for more than 15 years. She is utterly reliable, creative on complex itineraries, and realistic about costs. Airline travel has become more expensive, more difficult, and a lot more stressful. Dani helps manage the process and get you on board stress free and more importantly get you safely back. We can all book via the internet now but the reason I use Dani and not some anonymous booking service is because when there's a problem (and there inevitably is!), Dani will always finds a way to solve it. Her level of effort is the same whether I am flying coach with my kids, business with my company or first on some urgent trip that she has had to book on a day's notice. She is the consummate travel professional and if you are not booking through her, you are missing out on the services of Perth's best travel agent!
